Kirtland Hills home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Kirtland Hills fell by $35,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $453,500 - a 7.3% decrease over the $489,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Kirtland Hills in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Kirtland Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $15,893, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
