North Perry home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in North Perry fell by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 13.3% decrease over the $196,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in North Perry in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in North Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,923, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
