Willoughby Hills home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Willoughby Hills rose by $23,500 while total sales increased by 36%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,500 - a 12.1% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Willoughby Hills in the second quarter of 2018.
