Kirtland home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Kirtland fell by $28,950 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,500 - a 11.5% decrease over the $252,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Kirtland in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Kirtland for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $7,619, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
