Fairport Harbor home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Fairport Harbor fell by $7,150 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,100 - a 7.2% decrease over the $99,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Fairport Harbor in the first quarter of 2018.
