North Perry home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in North Perry rose by $33,850 while total sales decreased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,750 - a 24.2% increase over the $139,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in North Perry in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in North Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,923, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
