North Madison home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in North Madison fell by $6,950 while total sales increased by 28.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,950 - a 6.5% decrease over the $106,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in North Madison in the fourth quarter of 2017.
