Mentor-on-the-Lake home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Mentor-on-the-Lake rose by $56,900 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,000 - a 66.1% increase over the $86,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Mentor-on-the-Lake in the fourth quarter of 2017.
