Mentor home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Mentor fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 6.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 229 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 3.7% decrease over the $150,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 246 homes sold in Mentor in the fourth quarter of 2017.
