Perry home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Perry rose by $36,850 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,850 - a 30.7% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Perry in the fourth quarter of 2017.
