Perry home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Perry fell by $14,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,000 - a 10.6% decrease over the $136,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Perry in the third quarter of 2017.
