Painesville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Painesville rose by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 6.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 230 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,000 - a 5.9% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 245 homes sold in Painesville in the third quarter of 2017.
