Kirtland home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Kirtland fell by $87,500 while total sales decreased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 31% decrease over the $282,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Kirtland in the third quarter of 2017.
