North Perry home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in North Perry rose by $24,000 while total sales increased by 42.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,000 - a 13.7% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in North Perry in the third quarter of 2017.
