Fairport Harbor home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Fairport Harbor fell by $18,700 while total sales remained unchanged with 17 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,000 - a 15.2% decrease over the $122,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Fairport Harbor in the second quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Fairport Harbor for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,150, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
