North Perry home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in North Perry rose by $4,150 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,900 - a 3.1% increase over the $135,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in North Perry in the first quarter of 2017.
