Shoreland home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Shoreland fell by $21,900 while total sales increased by 116.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 22.6% decrease over the $96,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Shoreland in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Shoreland for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,508, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
