North Perry home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in North Perry fell by $19,450 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 9.8% decrease over the $199,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in North Perry in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in North Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,923, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
