Willoughby home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Willoughby fell by $2,550 while total sales decreased by 0.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 164 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,450 - a 1.7% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 165 homes sold in Willoughby in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Willoughby for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,736, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
