Kirtland home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Kirtland fell by $22,275 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $216,675 - a 9.3% decrease over the $238,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Kirtland in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Kirtland for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $7,619, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
