Willoughby Hills home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Willoughby Hills rose by $55,300 while total sales remained unchanged with 46 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,000 - a 33.2% increase over the $166,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Willoughby Hills in the first half of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Willoughby Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,519, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
