Fairport Harbor home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Fairport Harbor rose by $12,250 while total sales increased by 2.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,000 - a 13.1% increase over the $93,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Fairport Harbor in the second half of 2017.
