Kirtland Hills home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Kirtland Hills fell by $90,000 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 16.8% decrease over the $535,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Kirtland Hills in the second half of 2017.
