Painesville home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Painesville rose by $6,700 while total sales decreased by 27.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 308 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,650 - a 5.2% increase over the $129,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 426 homes sold in Painesville in the first half of 2017.
