North Perry home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in North Perry fell by $2,400 while total sales decreased by 23.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 1.5% decrease over the $162,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in North Perry in the first half of 2017.
