Fairport Harbor home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Fairport Harbor fell by $1,000 while total sales increased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,500 - a 1% decrease over the $104,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Fairport Harbor in 2018.
