Willoughby home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Willoughby rose by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 2.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 343 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,000 - a 1.4% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 353 homes sold in Willoughby in 2018.
