North Perry home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in North Perry fell by $11,650 while total sales decreased by 22.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,250 - a 6.2% decrease over the $186,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in North Perry in 2018.
