Kirtland home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Kirtland rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 10.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Kirtland in 2018.

The median sales tax in Kirtland for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $7,619, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for 2019.
