Timberlake home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Timberlake fell by $5,400 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 4.3% decrease over the $125,400 median sale price for the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Timberlake in 2017.
