Kirtland home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Kirtland fell by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 2.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 6.3% decrease over the $240,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Kirtland in 2017.

The median sales tax in Kirtland for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $7,619, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for 2018.
