Ross home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Ross fell by $134,500 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,500 - a 59.5% decrease over the $226,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Ross in March 2019, as well.
