Middletown home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Middletown rose by $29,150 while total sales decreased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,900 - a 41.2% increase over the $70,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Middletown in March 2019.
