Madison Township home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Madison Township fell by $7,400 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,500 - a 4.6% decrease over the $159,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Madison Township in March 2019.
