Franklin home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Franklin rose by $61,800 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,000 - a 77.1% increase over the $80,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Franklin in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,890, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
