Morgan home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Morgan rose by $96,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 92.3% increase over the $104,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Morgan in March 2019.
