Lebanon home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Lebanon fell by $20,000 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 8.9% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Lebanon in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,293, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
