The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Liberty Township rose by $33,250 while total sales decreased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 13.8% increase over the $241,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Liberty Township in March 2019.
