Lemon Township home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Lemon Township fell by $6,500 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $8,500 - a 43.3% decrease over the $15,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Lemon Township in the first quarter of 2019.
