New Miami home prices unchanged in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in New Miami was unchanged while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000. There were 11 homes sold in New Miami in the first quarter of 2019, and the median sales price for the period was also $40,000.
