Middletown home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Middletown rose by $19,613 while total sales increased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 183 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 28.3% increase over the $69,388 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 180 homes sold in Middletown in the first quarter of 2019.
