Hamilton home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Hamilton rose by $8,951 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 192 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,950 - a 11.1% increase over the $81,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 168 homes sold in Hamilton in the first quarter of 2019.
