Hanover Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Hanover Township rose by $13,500 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 9.9% increase over the $136,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Hanover Township in the first quarter of 2019.
