Waynesville home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Waynesville fell by $75,300 while total sales increased by 85%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,500 - a 29.9% decrease over the $251,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Waynesville in the first quarter of 2019.
