Fairfield Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Fairfield Township rose by $2,950 while total sales increased by 8.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,950 - a 1.6% increase over the $186,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Fairfield Township in the first quarter of 2019.
