Liberty Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Liberty Township rose by $16,250 while total sales decreased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 108 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $248,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in Liberty Township in the first quarter of 2019.
