Sheffield Lake home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Sheffield Lake rose by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 58.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $88,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Sheffield Lake in March 2019.
