Wellington home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Wellington fell by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 76.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,000 - a 3.9% decrease over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Wellington in March 2019.
