Oberlin home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Oberlin rose by $75,151 while total sales decreased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,001 - a 100.4% increase over the $74,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Oberlin in March 2019.
