Avon Lake home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Avon Lake fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $222,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Avon Lake in March 2019.
